Aqua Aerobics
This class is designed to increase muscle tone, strength, endurance and flexibility while burning calories in a joint-friendly environment.
Aqua Lite
A joint-friendly class working on range of motion, stretching and cardiovascular endurance.
Aqua Lite Plus
Similar to Aqua Lite with more emphasis on cardiovascular endurance.
Deep H20
Using aqua belts and other equipment, this class will keep your heart rate elevated and body buoyant as you exercise in deep water.
Family Swim
Members are welcome to bring family members in to enjoy the pool 3-4:30 p.m. on Thursdays and 10 a.m. – noon Saturdays.
Yoqua
Yoga in the water. Yoqua is ideal for developing balance and strength, and improving flexibility or if you have arthritis or back problems.
